"The Social Network of the South"
This spring we are in need of a little whimsy!!! With pastels and feminine details hot of the runway, we are still in need of a little bad a**, if you know what I mean. Amber Hatchett, "a self-taught sustainable jewelry artist" who specializes in re-purposing used and recycled items into works of art, brings us just that. Amber's work is like nothing we have ever seen before. It combines porcupine quills, shotgun shells, and tons of chain links into mini-masterpieces that can be worn with just about any outfit.
Whether using vintage chevron patches, Grandma's pearls, or unconventional recycled items, Amber Hatchett brings imagination to her designs that makes us want one of everything! Check out her newest collection on her website, or visit her on Etsy.
PS--No one was hurt in the making of the article....even though that model looks quite tough!!!
